Veggie Burger ‘Toast’

Ingredients 

  • 1 veggie burger 

  • Dip of your choice 

  • 2 eggs 

  • Alfalfa sprouts 

Instructions

  1. Cut veggie burger in half lengthways 

  2. Pop the cut veggie burger in the air fryer and cook for approx. 10 mins 

  3. Cook your eggs to your liking… boiled, poached, scrambled. 

  4. Spread your dip on each veggie burger half 

  5. Place your eggs on each half, season with salt and pepper

  6. Finally, top it off with some alfalfa sprouts and voila!

Notes
No air fryer? Lightly oil a fry pan and cook veggie burgers until heated through and a little bit crispy.
In this recipe 40g of Beetroot Tzatziki Dip was used on a Curried Pumpkin & Corn veggie burger.
