Foundations Course

Our Foundations Course is designed to to teach you the building blocks of CrossFit movements along with various scaling options to ensure a safe and fun progression into our workout program.

In these classes you will learn the proper form and technique of all of the lifts and basic movements you’ll perform here at Dauntless! As well as these physical movements we will also cover subjects such as mobility and recovery, goal setting, and most importantly nutrition to prepare you for success in your lifelong fitness journey. Our coaches will also help you set baselines for weightlifting movements, identify movement deficiencies, and teach you about correct use of equipment to make sure you feel comfortable in the gym.
