COVID-19 RETURNING RESTRICTIONS - RE-OPEN 2.0! (Part 1)

SCHEDULED CLASSES & CAPS

By reserving a spot for class and/or turning up to class you acknowledge that you are:

[ ] Not showing signs or symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19)
[ ] Have not returned from overseas in the last 14 days
[ ] Have not come in contact with someone who has a confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19).

*If you answer yes to any of these please do not come to the gym.

  • Reservations are required for ALL classes.

RESERVATIONS

Class reservations must be made via the Push Press Members App.

EDIT - Sat 21 NOV: Updated with new info with the further easing of restrictions from 11:59pm Sunday 22nd.

*FROM MONDAY 23rd NOV!

  • We are allowed UP TO 20 people in a group under the roof.

  • Reservations will move to one booking per class time (no more inside/outside) but it will still be important to both make reservations & remove them if you cannot make class!

  • Our OUTSIDE SPACE will also then allow for overflow (ie. waitlisted people)

  • Essentially, IF you are on the waitlist for a class, STILL TURN UP!

  • If class starts and you are still waitlisted (or turned up without any reservation at all) you will be outside for the duration of the class.

  • *Please understand that if this occurs you will still get a workout in, BUT it might end up being slightly different from the written program to accommodate you outside.

RESERVATIONS FOR CLASSES

Download the PushPress Members Portal App from your App Store and reserve a spot in the classes you wish to attend. If you do not have a current active membership you will not be able to reserve a spot in these sessions.

Once you have an active membership you can jump right into the Push Press Members App and start reserving for classes you would like to attend (VIDEO: HOW TO RESERVE FOR CLASS).

 

CANCELLING RESERVATIONS

As class numbers are limited due to the capacity limits, please do you best to remove a reservation ASAP if you cannot attend to open the spot up for someone else.

CLASS WAITLIST

If the class is full you will be able to reserve a spot on the waitlist and if a spot opens up and you are next in line, you will get an automatic email & app notification to confirm the moment it happens.

 

PRO TIPS ON USING THE WAITLIST FUNCTION!

CHANGE THE WAITLIST TIME

You can change the time frame for waitlist notification (and therefore increase the window of time for you to get a spot).
When it’s left as the standard 2 hours, if someone pulls out within the 2 hour window to class you ultimately are off the waitlist because the App assumes you can’t make it without at least 2hrs notice!

UPGRADES FROM WAITLIST TO CLASS

If your Members App notifications are turned on, you will get a notification (as well as an email) when you are upgraded from the waitlist into a class spot!

GYM ACCESS

  • Knowing that we are restricted to 20 per group in one gym space, we ask that you do not enter the gym outside of 10 minutes prior to class starting.

  • Please also use common sense and if class is still going and there looks to be a number of people within the gym, please wait outside until it appears enough people have left.
