COVID-19 returning restrictions (Part 1)

SCHEDULED CLASSES & CAPS

By reserving a spot for class and/or turning up to class you acknowledge that you are:

[ ] Not showing signs or symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19)
[ ] Have not returned from overseas in the last 14 days
[ ] Have not come in contact with someone who has a confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19).

*If you answer yes to any of these please do not come to the gym.


TIMETABLE

Classes will run as per the normal previous schedule Monday - Friday.

  • 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5pm, 6pm* (*no 6pm Friday).

  • More information will come in regards to Saturday.

RESERVATIONS

Class reservations must be made via the Push Press Members App.

We are lucky enough to have so much floor space that we can to split the room into 2 x group working spaces if numbers require. We are capping each group at 8 people, allowing a maximum of 16 people inside for classes. This allows a greater than 4m2 of suggested distancing while exercising.

  • Reservations windows for class will be capped at 16 people.

  • The coach will split those in attendance across the 2 spaces.

  • If you turn up to a class without a reservation, this will be considered volunteering for outside training unless there is capacity within the class.

    Note: if you become person 21+ who turns up and you do not have a reservation, you will be turned away.

  • This video will give you a general guide on how to book, but may now appear outdated due to changes that have occurred.

  • Time stamps below to reference in the 56second video:
    @ 00:20 - reserving error if you have a Membership plan that does not work. 
    @ 00:30 - reserving success if you have an active plan that can be used.
    @ 00:45 - removing your registration if you can’t make it, so someone else can have the spot.

  • If you have a current active membership you can reserve a spot immediately.

GYM ACCESS

  • Knowing that we are restricted to 20 in the gym at any given time, we ask that you do not enter the gym outside of 10minutes prior to class starting.

  • Please also use common sense and if class is still going and there looks to be a number of people within the gym, please wait in your cars until it appears enough people have left.

  • Mobility prior to class will not be an option due to the requirement for extra cleaning of this limited equipment and time available pre class.

    • If you would like to borrow a foam roller, for use at home, prior to coming in for the WOD please let us know as we have a few we can lend out during this time.

    • We also have a large number of trigger balls that can be purchased at $6 each (or 2 for $10).
