Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 25g fresh spinach

  • 20g reduced fat feta

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Power

  • 200g Chicken breast

  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix together chopped up spinach, feta, garlic & onion powder

  2. Cut a pocket in the chicken and stuff with spinach mixture

  3. Place on a piece of baking paper with some olive oil  in the air fryer (or on a tray in the oven)

  4. Cook at 180degrees for about 20 minutes*

  5. Serve with veggies of your choice^

Notes

Set chicken in the fridge to chill for a short amount of time to helps the stuffing set, which can  lessen the chance of it coming out during cooking
*cookings times may vary due to varying appliances
^We recommend at least 200g of veggies with this meal. Mel used mashed sweet potato and broccoli.
