Prawn Napoletana Pasta

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 480g Prawns

  • 320g Leggos Napoletana sauce

  • 80g Spinach

  • 240g Tomato

  • 280g (dry) Vetta Protein Pasta

  • 200g Ricotta Cheese

Instructions

  1. Add Prawns to fry pan, stir fry for 5 minutes

  2. Add in Pasta sauce & Ricotta

  3. Cook pasta according to packet

  4. Toss cooked and drained pasta through the prawns and sauce

  5. Fold in tomatoes and spinach

Notes

Using regular fat ricotta cheese will increase fat macros by ~5g per serve and ~50cals per serve. Choose according to your goals
