Youth Program

We are calling for expressions of interest for all Youth wanting to get into a fun, engaging, safe and structured strength and conditioning program. 
Our Youth Program is perfect for kids aged 7-12 years.

Term 4, 2019 

Classes for Term 4 will begin on Tuesday 15th October and run for 9 weeks. 

2 Sessions per week
4pm-4:45pm Tuesday & Thursday

The last session of Term 4 will be held on Thursday 12th Dec.

*When you sign up your children please ensure you select ‘someone else’ under the ‘who will be using this’ section

We also offer discounts for multiple siblings who sign up to the 2 sessions per week membership.
